Tumbles is a US kids' fitness gym and STEAM programme designed around key developmental milestones. When entrepreneur Manish Vakil acquired the franchise, he had a vision for a category-defining brand — but their brand wasn't built to scale.
DIAGNOSIS
Tumbles had a strong product — gym, science, tech, engineering, yoga, climbing — but a fragmented brand that couldn't speak to two very different audiences: franchisees (B2B) and parents (B2C).
The old TW Tumbles identity wasn't built for expansion.
No system to flex across programmes.
No way to signal premium positioning to franchise investors while staying approachable for families.
