Founder Melanie Borden had built a reputation as a solo practitioner — but the brand wasn't built to scale beyond her.
DIAGNOSIS
Before launching The Borden Group, Melanie Borden served her clients as a solo consultant. Her previous brand and website lacked a distinct identity and clarity about the types of customers Melanie assisted and the methods she used.
