Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland is a leading health charity ensuring no life is half-lived for people affected by chest, heart, and stroke illness in Scotland. They provide advice, support, and policy influence across communities nationwide.

DIAGNOSIS

In 2019, CHSS was running monthly campaigns — donor acquisition, volunteer recruitment, fundraising — but each operated in isolation. No unified system. No consistent brand across touchpoints. The digital experience needed modernising, and the internal team lacked the creative capacity to drive consistent impact. The problem wasn't effort. It was the absence of a marketing system.
