Mootral is a British-Swiss agri-tech company that puts animal health, farmer economics and planetary outcomes on an equal plane.
DIAGNOSIS
Mootral had strong science and multiple product lines across climate and animal health. But each product operated under its own logic.
There was no unified brand architecture. No clear way for customers to understand how the portfolio connected — or why Mootral was different from competitors.
